What Exercises Do You Do?
I have been doing really well with my walking and cardio schedule. Have also added in some hand weights for light toning of my arms and chest.
I am really wanting to firm up my inner thighs and my stomach.
What exercises are you all doing for those areas?
I have heard that Pilates are good but have only been to one intro class and can't remember a lot.
What about the Zumba dance classes? Anyone tried it?

Leslie I have never heard of Zumba. I have been doing squats and leg lifts for my inner thigh and trying to keep my butt from blending into my thigh.

Unfortunately I haven't found any Pilates.
I work with a lady that just got her certification and she did a class at work for us.
I did see a sign up somewhere about a month ago about the Zumba dance class but can't remember where!!!!!
Yes, I walk that track! Anytime you want to go, just let me know!

I do pretty much all of my exercise at the YMCA. There's a circuit of 10 machines they created for me that works my lower body, upper body, abdominals and core muscles. It takes me 40 minutes to make the whole circuit doing 2 sets of 12 reps each. I then try to do no less than 30 minutes cardiovascular as well. My goal for this is 3 to 4 days a week.
I'm thinking of adding a little more at home though to work on the batwings area and inner thighs. For the inner thigh area go to walmart and buy a cheap bouncy ball. Place it between your knees and squeeze (this was suggested by the YMCA trainer and likened to the old thighmaster gadget!)
