Hi, hope you are having a great day!!!!!

Today's intake:

Breakfast:  1 cup of organic coffee, 1 qt powerade zero

Lunch: Pure protein bar, 1/4 cup dry roasted nuts

Dinner:  Lasagna and garlic bread. 

Completed most of my honey do list.  Did not exercise yesterday so I must work out tonight.  Take care,

Worked and was on my feet all day.  A very physically busy day.

Daily Intakes:

B:  1 Boiled Egg, 1/2 slice bread, 1 slice cheese w/ mustard
S:   Tea and 6 Almonds
L:   1/2 Soy Patty, pickles, 2 slices tomatoe, and 1 scoop ice cream
D:  1/2 Baked Tilapia filet, 5 slices fried squash/zucchini, and 1/2c salad
D2: 1/2 Baked Tilapia filet, and 1 c. salad
S:    Banana Popsicle

Exercise:
Walked at the track - 3 Miles!!!!  I walked the first mile carrying hand weights and the last 2 without.  I was starving when I got home so that is where the 2nd dinner came in!

Hello!!

Well, today was actually pretty good!  I didn't give birth to any kidney stones tody and have been fairly productive as well!!

I was out the door and at the YMCA at 7:30 this morning!!  I decided to give it a try to go right after I put Gracie on the school bus and I think I really like it!!  I'm done and home by 9am, showered and ready to slay dragons by 10am!!

Food intake was good today but I was cautious!!

7am-ish    Coffee/milk combo

7:30-ish  17oz water at the gym

9 - 10:30  office work stuffing invoices to customers and doing the postage for hubby

~shower~

11am-ish  4 bites of cottage cheese (at first I thought the tummy was complaining but it settled down quickly)

12am dentist appointment.....Look Ma, no cavities!!

1 - 3pm  running to the post office and bank and then home to get Gracie off the bus at 3pm.  While waiting for the bus I got brave and tried a snicker's protein bar (isn't it funny how chocolate ALWAYS goes down?)

6pm - easy fiesta chicken (stir fry chicken, add a can of black beans, corn and taco seasoning).  It wanted to hang up but I got up and walked around for a few minutes and thenwas able to finsih the rest of it (about 3/4 cup)

8pm - a single piece of Dove dark chocolate

Now:  I need more fluids!!!  Gonna make a crystal lite slushie
