I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

Thanks for getting us started Lee Ann, sorry about the sick baby.  When they cry you want to cry with them.  Hope you have a better tomorrow.  Take care.

My intake today:

Breakfast - 1 cup of organic tea, 1 cup of coffee, 2 cups of reg tea, 3 (20 oz) bottles of flavored water.

Lunch - 1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts, tuna salad and a sweetpotato ( I guess I'm over the craving for sweetpotatoes).

Dinner - baked chicken breast, green beans, peach cobbler and no sugar added butter pecan ice cream.  (This is the last of the chicken breast, the last of the cobbler and the last of the ice cream)  I have limited myself but I would rather not have this stuf in the house.  Of course I bought it.  So I decided not to make any more cobblers for a while and only one container of ice cream per month.
I have started exercising at night when I don't get the opportunity in the mornings, it is working out ok.  I have plans to work out before bed tonight.

I think I figured out what was making me feel nauseous and crampy these past couple of days.....This morning I gave birth to my newest little kidney stone!!  OK, I never really saw him but I sure felt him!!  I'm begining to think I should name them and get them social security numbers so I can atleast claim them on my taxes!

I started out my morning at 5am with my face in the commode puking nothing....I hate dry heaves!  It did subside enough for me around 7am to get a phenergan in me which put an end to the uncontrollable heaving for the rest of the day.  The abdominal pain that goes along with it has been with me off and on through the day ....this round was nowhere near as bad as the round of stones I had back in the spring though!!  I'm pretty sure this was a small one.

OK....onto the food....let me warn ya beforehand though, it ain't pretty!!

11:30-ish:  2 green grapes (They eventually made a repeat performance )

noonish:......coffee/milk combo which wouldn't go down until the grapes came up

1-ish:  L/F yogurt.....it stayed down!

2-ish:  1/2 serving cottage cheese and pineapple (it stayed down but wasn't happy to be there)

5-ish:  4 french fries with cheese sauce (they stayed down but only because I couldn't go anywhere to yak them up as I was with Gracie and her playdate at the pool)

8-ish:  3 very small bites shredded BBQ chicken and MAYBE a 1/2 cup of chili  (SOME of it made a repeat performance but most of it stayed down)

10-ish:  3 L/F vanilla wafers because i was hungry and they were lookin good!!  (I'm sad to say they went to the porcelin palace too though)

11-ish:  S/F CIB with warm milk  (it's staying down and the warmth feels REALLY good)

Tomorrow will be a full liquid /semi mushy day for me since I need to give the tummy a rest.  Hopefully the kidney stone this morning was a single birth and his twin won't be arriving late!  I'm not even going to entertain the thought of a slip due to this morning's violent retching YET.  I'll ponder that one if things don't get back to normal in another day or two.
