in no time at all after surgery, you will be in that 18-20,  i started out wearing like 3x shirts and 26 jeans was tight on me, now I am in 14's and 16's well actually I need 14's i think, the 16's are getting loose now. you won't believe how quick the weight comes off the first few months!!!
