Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Mon., Aug. 18th
It's Monday and It's Hot!!!!. Hope all of you are having a great day. No need to ask what's in our wallet but the more important question - What's going through your band today???
Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, 1 qt powerade zero.
Lunch - Imitation crab salad w/crackers, SB soynuts.
Dinner - Baked sweetpotato for sure but I have got to get something high protein. My neighbor fried catfish so I had two pieces and a spoonful of fried potatoes. I may only need 1/2 serving of wheybolic extreme60 to get my protein for today.
Have not gotten in my exercise for today so I will do that tonight and get in a couple of 20 oz flavored waters along with another quart of powerade zero.

I'm trying to be good today but have been a little more nibbly than I should! Not bad but I gotta stay out of the kitchen until supper!!

S: my usual coffee/milk combo
B: 3/4 cup Kashi go lean crunch cereal and 1/2 cup milk (poured out the leftover milk)
S; green grapes (LOL, I grab one everytime I walk through the kitchen!) and South Beach high protein cereal bar
L: 6 whole wheat ritz and lite cream cheese spread
D: 1/2 shredded BBQ chicken, broccoli salad and a small baked tater

10oz 1% milk
17oz water
17oz lemonade (crystal lite)

Worked a ton today. VERY BUSY at work. Got home at 9:30 pm and going back in at 7:30 am
I am tired. Physically and mentally. Work has helped keep my mind off of things at home.
Going to go next Friday to file or divorce. Hoping my husband will agree to go with me so we can do it together. He is giving me a hard time, not wanting to separate, etc. I hate hurting him, but it is necessary for my happiness. I don't want to drag it out and give him false hope that things will work out.
Haven't done well with my protein intake today and have eaten more junk than I have done since surgery. I need to get my focus back and not let stress effect what I put on my plate!
Daily Intakes:
B: Special K Protein Cereal w/Rice Milk, 1 slice melon
S: 3 bites yogurt, chips and salsa
L: 1/4 c. almonds, chips, tuna
S: 1 slice bread w/ cheese and mustard, chips
D: Grilled corn on the cob, 5 malted milk balls
Exercise: NONE. Work was enough!
