would have answered sooner... but not on computer until this afternoon....canned applebutter in last few days and i did a no-no ---(someone had to a taste test) and i tasted (more than once)..... this is my first attempt and i guess i done okay..not as good as my grandmothers, but edible... still working to get my protein in---and still trying to keep my food/drink record.. i really don't do this very well---acually i stink at keeping accountability record...
are you doing okay? you get to start mushies this week...right?... when is your post -op with Dr T.?
i try to not eat too much, afraid if i get started and i think i can eat more, i will want more to eat...sounds screwy huh? been drinking lot of s.f. wylers fruil punch drink.(pkg mixed w/water) . so i am getting my fluids..
i am off work today --working 4 days a week and flexing one day a week ( message sent down from g-v--nrs office suggesting we take advantage of the flex schedule... so i am off on monday's---
--I HAVE COME TO A CONCLUSION---I CAN DO THIS--I JUST HAVE TO KEEP MY MIND ON THE GOAL---(SKINNY ME)---I NEED TO LEARN TO WRITE ALL INTAKE DOWN AND KEEP ACCOUNTABILITY RECORD....

Cathy, Im barging in here, sorry. LeeAnn wasn't big on keeeping a journal either and now she is.. Try getting a small notebook to put in your purse. I carry one everywhere with me now.. I use it to make sure i take my meds(thyroid makes me sleepy if I dont) and to keep track of my food. It's a fall back on weigh****chers I guess.
As for not eating too much, I felt that way about sugar, I lost alot of weight with very lil fill level with that mind set. As soon as I started "tasting" things I got in a bad habit!!! I am currently trying to get my mojo back!!! So hang in there!!! U will see the results of your hardwork in no time!!!!
