Accountability: Diet & Exercise, Sun., Aug. 17th
Afternoon Ladies:
I haven't exercised today so I have to post so I will go and get started. However I have eaten so I must post and exercise so that I don't forget what I have eaten. So here goes....
Breakfast - 1 cup of tea and 1/2 qt powerade zero. About 1 1/2 hrs later ate 1/2 cup oatmeal it went down fine.
Lunch - 1/2 cup chicken breast shreded, baked sweetpotato and 1/2 SB crispy meal bar.
Dinner - Took a turn for the worse and ate peach cobbler instead of healthy dinner but that was it.
Once I complete my exercise I will update my time spent. Take care and have a good evening.

Have had a rather stressful day but I am holding on.
B: Scrambled Egg w/ cheese, slice of melon
S: 3 Shrimp
L: 6 Shrimp, bite of veggies, 1/2 c. refried beans, 10 chips w/salsa
S: 1/4 c. spaghetti and 3/4 protein bar
D: ???? Not sure yet.
Exercise: Waiting for the sun to go down so I can hit the track! Going for 2 1/2 miles this evening!

Well... another relaxed weekend of doing nothing! Ha! I have mowed the yard, clearedsome flower beds, cleaned the pool, watered all plants, washed linens for eveyone's beds, and worked on going through and sorting clothes! Braedyn went for his first day outing with his dad and grandma. I think they were surprised we suggested it, but they needed to have some time with him alone. he came back very happy, but also has a bad cold...I think same as what i had for last two weeks! I feel so bad I gave it to him! Going to call Dr tomorrow and see if they want to see him.
As for food....
B; Milk..of course
L: personal thin crust meat pizza
S: Grilled squash
D; slice of tomato grilled, chicken breast-also grilled with a couple cunks of pineapple, ear of corn on the cob! All grilled and yummy!
S: craving chocolate so I had a sugar free choc pudding cup with an added tblsp of protein powder....not bad!
Cal: 1462
Protein: 72 grams
Fluids: 72-80 ozs by tonight
As for food....

B. about 3 cups decaf at the house, Chai latte and Snickers Marathon bar on way to church
L. Celebrating family birthdays at Chinese restaurant, wonton soup, a few bites of hubby's cashew chicken, veggies & few bites of white rice, small piece of birthday cake ( father in law turns 92 tomorrow, has outlived 2 wives and still lives alone in condo & in pretty good health)
D. 1 piece whole wheat bread, thinly sliced chicken, slice of cheese & fresh tomato (yum)
S. sf popsicle & a sf pudding. That's all, Folks!

My tummy isn't very happy today. I thought I was developing a good old stomach bug but no vomiting as of yet. Hopefully i'll fly by unscathed!!

L: a bite of Gracie's cheese pizza at the swimming pool
D: so far only about 4 bites of grilled chicken salad. I think I may stop and make a cup of protein cocoa and not push my luck too much.
