ok, I need someone, anyones help!!!

I have tried relentless times to put a ticker on here, I go to signature, then i get my ticker from thetickerfactory.  I copy and then I paste, and it just comes up with like the code and not the actual ticker, what am I doing wrong?
  This thing has about took me out, I am getting so aggravated!! please help me

you copy the pic of the ticker you made not the code hope this helps :)
