Accountability: Diet & Exercise, Sat., Aug. 16th

Sorry about yesterday.  Posted my exercise for August check in and ran around all day.  When I got home DH was on computer so I went to bed. Ate horribly yesterday.  Popcorn, peanuts and Powerade Zero.  I am reformed.
 
Today's Menu:

Breakfast - 2 cups of organic tea, 1/2 lean muscle meal, 1 qt powerade zero.

Lunch - Tuna salad, crackers and soyjoy bar

Dinner -  Stewed chicken, cup of fresh green beans, sliced tomatoes and a tablespoon of mac and cheese.

Snack - 1/2 cup no sugar added butter pecan ice cream.

I will drink before bed 2 (20 oz) bottles of flavored water and probably another qt of powerade.  
Of course if any of this menu chances I will edit.  Take care and have a good weekend.

Hey Z...good morning! Too everyone else as well!  I have made breakfast for everyone and am working my way through my first cup of coffee! I just wanted to pop in and wish everyone a happy day and now I am outta here!

D: Pork tenderloin -4 ozs
    Baked Beans-1/3 c
   Half a baked sweet potato
   Green Beans-1/3 c

S: 2 jalep cheetos-nasty
     1/2 buster bar

Fluids..too much...drank all day to keep from coughing!

Happy day to all!!!

Richard is home from his morning out with "the guys" and we are trading off on Gracie so I'm headed out the door to do a little retail therapy!!  Richard  is about ready to go down a size in his pants and with a Florida vaction coming up in 5 weeks I need to hit the clearance racks for some bargain shorts and such that will fit!

FOOD

B:  5 crackers with spinach-asiago cheese spread

L:  Weigh****cher's chewy Raisin oatmeal cookie (the 1 point kind)

D:  We went to TX Roadhouse and split a combo meal and STILL brought home a doggie bag!!
      I had about 1/2 the dinner salad, maybe 3oz of the sirloin and 3or 4 bites of baked tater
      AND NO YEAST ROLLS!!!!!

S:  StarBUCK's skinny caramel latte' (buzz buzz buzz)

 Howdy Ya'll!! Since I have a appointment with Dr.S in a week I am gonna try to record my eatings for the next week and see what he says about the every two hour gas pains.. Have a great day. Im off to clean and scrub!!!!!!

  So here we go...

     then a clif bar replacement meal bar.. 930 ish
s- 12 the rest of the bar and a cup of cashews.. Chewed a antacid to see if it would stop the burping and did not... so ate the cashews, which did

I will drink 60 ounces of flavored water today. im promising myself
before bed snack has been a glass of milk so that's probably 6 ounces

exercise:
 walked outside for 30 minutes
and did my elliptical for 9 minutes( ran short on time)
stretched on my exercise ball

  





  First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band

Went out of town for the weekend and got home a couple of hours ago!  So, I can barely remember what I have even eaten the past 2 days!

Today's Intakes:

B:   Slice Toast with P-nut Butter/Jam, bite of egg, and 1/2 c. OJ
L:   Veggie Patty and Protein Water
S:   3 crackers with cheese, Hot-n-Spicy Peanuts
D:   6 Shrimp w/ veggies, 1/2 c. pasta w/ marinara sauce
S:  ??  Not sure yet.  Maybe a Blue Bunny Ice Cream

Exercise:   Getting ready to go to the track!

  Saturday stuff:  30 great minutes in the pool swimming at 7 a.m.
When I went to gym, hubby went to have brakes checked- called to see where he was- at the Starbucks where I was headed to- felt like a little rendezvous.
B. tall NF Chai latte (if the market weren't so iffy, I'd buy stock in Starbucks) AND a South Beach protein bar
L.  1 piece whole wheat bread, 3 tiny pieces of bacon, & tomato slices (YUM)
D.  few bites of pork chop and 1/4 c. jasmin rice (DIL can cook!)
Snax. sf popsicle, sf fudgesicle, sf jello pudding

It was a great day- almost 4 months out and 40 pounds lost- Woo-Hoo!  Happy Week-end to all and to all a great day!

As a retired teacher, I'm amazed at your energy as school starts up this year. You seem to be doing really well with restriction. How many fills have you had? 40 lbs at 4 months is a personal goal for me too.

Annie Im on way out the door to church ( I thought hubby would never be ready) but gotta tell you this.  On Friday, I felt so good, had so much energy I briefly thought it was 1972 again, my first full year of teaching in JCPS.  Talk about an NSV!!!  2 fills so far, the last one being August 7, right before school started again. and I am extrememly pumped up.  Gotta go- talk later.  Happy Sunday!!!
