Accountability: Diet & Exercise for Thurs., Aug. 14th

Hope everyone is having a good day.  I'm heading to the treadmill once I finish this post but won't include my exercise time until finished in case I get side tracked by the recliner. With that said.....

Today's Intake:

Breakfast - 2 cups organic tea, 1 qt powerade zero, 1/2 lean muscle meal.

Lunch - Grilled ham and cheese sandwich on wheat, 1 oz bbq chips, dark chocolate zone bar.

Dinner - 3 oz baked chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 cup no sugar added butter pecan ice cream.

I have yet to drink 3 bottles of flavored water waiting for me.  I plan to get them down before the night is over.

 <---  That's me- dancin' away.  Great 1st 3 days of school.  I'm excited about another year with some great kiddos.  B.  NF Chai tea latte and south Beach protein bar (peanut butter) got me through the morning.  L. about 3 oz. chicken salad & 4 Ritz crackers afternoon snak of SF jello pudding, D. about 4oz. black bean chili w. cheese & a dollop of sour cream.  also had 2 small bites of ice cream- my sister's 70th birthday ( where do the years go).  My sister is in pretty good health and has kept her weight down all these years.  Lots if water for me today.  Takin' my gym bag tomorrow and hope to swim after school.  Happy Week-end to all!! (Thanks Z for getting this going so much lately)

Today has been a pretty good day but lordy am I tired!!  Two mornings of getting up at 5:30 when I stayed up till midnight has caught up with me.  I think I'm going to add my info to this post and then go to bed before it's even 9pm!! 


FOOD

S:  StarBECK'S skinny cini dulce latte (6oz coffee, 10oz milk, S/F syrup, Splenda) 

B:  the final third part of my Chili's mesquite chic salad

L:  SouthBeach cereal bar (the 140 calorie size)

S:  4 crackers w/ spinach and cheese spread

D:  Let's just say pork loin is OFFICIALLY on the don't eat this or else list!)......And I was having such a good run of luck there there!

I got up today had about 20 oz of water and took my medicine and out the door over to the hopsital to see my BF she is still sedated,   I came home and then I left and had my nails done so my first meal was not until 3PM.

B/L was a 6 inch tuna on toasted wheat with lettuce and tomatoe and took the top of the bread off and just ate the bottom so a open face sandwich.

D- its 9 PM and I am not hungry and its mine and hubbys anniversary but neither of us felt like going out to eat so I will probably eat my left over meal from yesterday  refried beans and chicken mesquite fajitas minus the wraps
