Thought this might help us learn a little more about each other!

!) What would be your last meal you would or wanted to eat before surgery?

2) Who is someone that inspires you and why?

3) If you had a million dallers handed to you today...what would you do with it?

1) Steak  (ribeye or porterhouse) and dinner rolls from Texas Roadhouse!
2) My younger sister Lynn.....she is a survivor and my best friend!
3) Put some away to live on and support my family, treat my mom to her dream vacation (maine in the Fall, give some to each of my sisters and step mom, buy a friend of mine (he's a quadraplegic a new van, and then at least 20% would be given to help people in need-whever it is needed. Pay it forward baby! We have all been there before!

1) Chicken teriaki at Cheesecake Factory, never been back since.
2) MY husband Dan, he works so hard to take care of his family and never asks for himself.  The man would walk through fire for me or his children and probably you too.
3) I would pay offf my kids student loans, and convert my mother's house to be wheelchair accessible. Buy a wheelchair van for my mom to get around in.  Put away for retirement.  Take my family on a dream vacation to Pearl Harbor or Yellow Stone (out west).  Donate to several charities of my choice such as, SPCA, Women Helping Women, Habitat for Humanity, USO and such.

My baby got his driver's license today with a perfect score.

Lee Ann, I am a moody person that's not necessarily bad or good but it's true.  I say that so you know my answers to these questions today could be altogether different another day.
Today's answers:

1.  The last meal I wanted before surgery I believe was cookies and cake, but since I refused to fall into that last supper syndrome .  I did not have it.  I was not dying I was being given a second opportunity to have a better body and life.

2.  I don't have a special person that inspires me.  Most successful people inspire me because I feel if they can achieve their goals I can too.  I am talking about people successful in any aspect of their life.  From the smallest to the greatest achievements made by people.

3.  I would keep half for myself, give my DH a fourth and split the other fourth among my 5 children.  I would pay all the taxes up front for the million.

1. My actual last meal was BBQ from Famous Dave's BBQ in Clarksville.  Ihad my pre-op testing and then found out that my surgery was in less than 2 weeks, so I had to start my full liquids the very next day!  It was well worth it, and I love their brisket!

2. My inspiration is my girls.......and the reason they are MY inspiration is because I knew what it was like for me to sit with my mother and hold her hand while she took her chemo treatments 12 years ago......and I vowed from that day forward that I didn't want them to EVER go thru that the way I did.  They are the reason I do everything I can to help out the ACS.

3. I would pay off all my bills, buy a new car, put money aside for the girls college, give a huge donation to my church, and then pay off the bills of a few very dear friends!  Like you said........"Pay it forward"!!! You are right, we have all been there!

At Goal! 165 pounds gone forever! Thank you Lord!

You only have one life to live, but if lived right, it's the only one you need!
