Accountability: Diet & Exercise, Tues., Aug 12th

Evening Ladies hope all went well.  Sorry to hear about Vicky's friend in the accident.  I know we will all keep her in our prayers.

Today's Intake:

Breakfast - 2 cups organic tea, 4 (20 oz) btls of flavored water, 1 qt powerade zero, berry flavored

Lunch - tuna salad, 3 potato wedges, pure protein bar strawberry flavored.

Snack - 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts

Dinner - 1 cup oxtail soup and 6 saltine crackers.

Snack - 1/2 cup no sugar added banana split ice cream.

That's all... 
DH throwing my exercise schedule off but I plan on getting some time in on the ab lounger tonight.

Another day where I didn't keep very good track of things!

Early morning till noon I nursed my usual coffee/milk combo

I ate leftover mini quiche's for breakfast and lunch

at support group I had a latte from the cafeteria (the kind out of the machine so it surely had sugar)

At group I tast tested several things with protein (mainly cereals and salty snacks)

Dinner was a mini thin crust frozen pizza (300cal and 14 protein)

Gotta run....5:30 comes WAY TOO EARLY!!

Ok...screwy day for eating as I did my stress eating before the meeting....not good! But stress is gone..all is well and everything can go back to normal!  Anyway...here we go....

B: Glass of milk
L: lg sweet tea and southern style chicken sandwich (these are so good!)
D: Corned beef and swiss sandwich from deli at hospital and lg latte

s: omg...too much stuff from the tasting portion of the meeting with a belly ache to prove it!

Fluids: 96 ozs

Cal/ Protein: 1876 / 96g..this does not include all the crap from the meeting either!

S:   4 tortilla chips
L:   soy turkey and cheese on LC HP tortilla
D:  Slice Cheese, collard greens w/ onion, 1/4 c. mashed potatoes, 1 slice tomatoe, 1 slice pepper, 2 slices cucumber
S:   Asian Veggie Patty, 1/4 c. cashews


Exercise:   Walked a brisk mile carrying handweights.
