Accountability: Diet and Exercisefor Monday, July 11th
Food wise is been pretty good, actually pretty darn good!
FOOD
S: the usual coffee latte I make each morning
B: 1 string cheese and a serving of turkey pepperoni which is 15 pieces (driving food)
L: Snicker's caramel nut rush protein bar
S: 32oz ICEE (lol....think that's worse than a Mickey D's ice tea??) and a 100 cal bag of sunchips
D: about a 1/2 cup of fried chicken salad and 1 mini quiche (8 make a whole serving)
FLUIDS
10oz 1% milk
32oz ICEE
17oz crystal light
EXERCISE
We went to the Zoo and made it 1/2 around but had to leave (mom's BP bottomed out and I had to rush over and help her get to the doctor). LOL....I did have to walk BACK to the front of the zoo so I guess you can say I did walk the whole distance!!! (1/2 + 1/2 = a whole!!)

Breakfast - 4 (20 oz) btls of flavored water, 1 qt mixed berry powerade
Lunch - Chicken breast, 1/4 cup cottage cheese w/fruit, raisin almond soy joy bar, dark chocolate zone bar, 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
Dinner - 2 cups of oxtail soup

Well, I worked late last night and went back in to work this morning so I am a day late in posting! But I love it. You guys really help keep me on track! Thanks.

Have already walked a mile and carried my hand weights. My arms feel like jello! So I guess that is a good thing.
B: 3/4 c. Special K Protein Plus cereal with 1/4 banana and almonds
L: 1 c. Salad with Soy Turkey and Cheese and 4 pita chips
S: 3/4 of a banana
D: 1 c. salad with Soy Turkey and Cheese and 6 crackers w/ P-nut butter
S: Tuna
got to get dressed for work!
Got home around 9:30 pm from work. Ran a 1/4 mile sprint at work!
