Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Sun., Aug 10th
My spiritual food went down well but having a few problems with the physical food this morning. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, 10 on ab lounger, 10 on red chair.
Breakfast - I was running behind so only had 1 cup of te and didn't get to drink it all. My other liquids will have to be worked in after lunch.
Lunch - grilled cheese and ham on wheat toast, garden salad (I'm having a little trouble with the salad right now)
Dinner - 1/3 wheybolic extreme 60, 1 qt powerade zero, 2 (20 oz) bottles of water (one with southbeach mix and one with replenish) and 2 cups of organic tea.
Snack - 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/fruit, a few pretzels, mango soyjoy bar, a few thai chips.

It seems like eating earlier in the day is more difficult and I might be developing that "First Bite Syndrome."
Last night the grilled chicken went down fine although I did eat it slowly and then just about an hour ago my fried egg (over easy) didn't want to go down without a fight! Took me over 30 minutes to get one of the two I fried for myself down!
I'm going to start having a cup of hot tea right before I eat this week and see if it helps. If nothing else it will ensure that I get all my fluids in!
FOOD
B: My usual coffee latte (6oz coffee, 10oz milk, S/F splenda, 3 Splenda)
L: 1 fried egg and about 1/4 cup southern style hashbrowns w/ ketchup
S: pure protein bar (Pnut butter and Choc flavor and it wasn't very good)
D: 1/2 filet of tortilla encrusted talapia, 1 corn cobette and maybe a half cup of brocoli, carrot, cheddar blend.....I then had to

D: pulled pork w/ carrots and green beans...no appetite...cannot smell or taste!

cleaned pool and then parked my butt on the raft and got some sun

L: Tuna and a Banana
S: 3 Crackers and 1/2 stick of dark chocolate (30 cal.)- blood sugar was dropping
D: 3 grilled shrimp, bite of onion and pepper, 1/2 slice of tomatoe, few bites of refried beans, and maybe 4 chips with salsa & guacamole
S: Plan on trying a new Weigh****chers mint choc. chip ice cream cup
Exercise: Nothing other than work. If I get to feeling better, I may go to the track but I doubt it.
