Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Sat. Aug. 9th

Okay, Let's ask ourselves why we did not post yesterday?    Well, that was yesterday and this is today.

Breakfast - 1 cup of organic tea, 1 cup regular tea, 1/3 serving wheybolic extreme 60, 1 qt of powerade zero.

Lunch - 2 slices of ham and one slice of american cheese

Dinner -  Berry/Soyjoy bar, 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts.

20 oz bottle replenish
That's all!!!
Have a good weekend and be accountable to yourself.  That's where it counts.

LOL....and it's not like I wasn't on here half the night last night!  For me though it wasn't a good day because I didn't track anything even though I'm not eating much at one time.  But you are right!!  Today is a new day!

FOOD

S: Starbeck's skinny cini dulce latte @ 9am
B:  2 chicken nuggets from Wendy's @ 11:30
L: Small Wendy's chili @ 3:00
D:  The plan is: Teriyaki grilled chicken, brocolli salad and roasted potatoes around 7-ish

FLUIDS

10oz 1% milk
17oz crystal light

EXERCISE

OFF DAY.....we had kindergarten open house to meet the teacher and other kids

Breakfast:  Priemer Twisted protein bar

Lunch: 1/2 ham sandwich on 35 calorie whole brand wheat with light mayo and 9 potatoe chips

Dinner:  Meatloaf, skinny mashed potatoes and fresh leftover green beans

Snack:  probably skinny cow Ice cream sandwich

So far on liquid intake  3 20 oz bottles of 1

Still sick but ate...imagine that!

B: Glas  milk w/ 10 donut holes...yaeh yeah...not a good choice!
L: grilled cheese sandwich
D: 8 ozs steak w/ yellow squash and grilled onion

S: none....

Fluids:  52 ozs
Cal/Protein:  1291 / 45 grams

Going totake anitbiotics and go to bed...man I hate being sick!

Got back in town this evening.  Had a great time at my cousin's wedding last night and my brother's birthday cook-out today.

B:  1/2 Protein Bar
S:   1 slice cantaloupe and 1 mini-muffin
L:   Garden Veggie Patty with Tomatoe, Onion, pickles, and mustard (no bun)
       2 slices melon, 1 bite cole slaw, and 1 bite chips
S:    1 cookie and 1/2 Soy Jalepeno Cheddar Frank
D:   1/2 Soy Jalepeno and Cheddar Frank and 1 cookie, and 1/2 slice cheese on 2 Zestas

  Z, you are so right!   Being accountable to self is most important and it helps to be accountable to others.  ok, here's the skinny on Friday:  I had very little to eat, since I had a fill on Thursday and since noone was posting, I let it go.  Onward and downward (weight wise, that is):
Saturday morning exercise 45 minutes swimming but afterwards felt a little weird and so NOT into eating (could the filled band be working???!)  L: 1 veggie sausage pattie and 1 scrambled egg w. 1/2 piece ff cheese  D: Buckheads small cup buffalo chili w, onions and shredded cheese- ate most of it and 2 bites DH salad.  Lots of water today but need to do a better job of tracking it.  Snack: After we got home from seeing "The Wiz" at the amphitheater, me wearing a new size 18 jacket, I had a sf fudgesicle.  Happy week-end to all!
