It's a pretty day out there!!  The sun is shining off my pond and the grass is freshly cut.  It's hot but not too humid.  I might just decide to do a late afternoon trip to the swimming pool with Gracie.

How's everyone doing today?  My mood from last night is MUCH better but the tooth is still singing to me!!  I did get an appointment for tomorrow morning.  It's a bummer because I know it will need to be pulled (one side of the tooth wall crumbled) and I don't want a gap on my teeth even though I'd get a bridge put in once it heals.  It's a baby tooth that I never lost and there's not enough root to support a crown.  Ah well, 42 years for a baby tooth is still pretty good!

FOOD

B:  My usual homemade latte (6oz coffee, 10oz milk, S/F syrup and 3 splenda)
L:  Refried beans w/ cheese and taco sauce (no chewing for me!)
S:  Twisted protein bar
D:  Q'doba naked chicken burrito (maybe a 1/4 of it) and 3 or 4 nachos with steak (yeah!! steak doesn't have to go to the "eat it and regret it" list!!)

FLUIDS

10oz milk (1%)
20oz bottled water

EXERCISE

I did 30 minutes instead of my usual 40 minutes of strength training (ran out of time because their child care was closing at 2pm) and 45 minutes cardio.

Happy for your improved mood Becka.  Best wishes with the dentist.  I usually hate the bill worst than anything they do to me.

Went in and got a little fill.  Now I am at 7cc in a 10cc band.  I hope to be in onederland the next time I see the NP.  I need to lose 11.7 pounds to weigh 199.9 I am really going to try hard.  My ideal loss would be 100 lbs by my banniversary date however I am still happy with the weightloss so far.

Today's Intake:

Breakfast - 2 cups of organic tea, 1/3 wheybolic extreme 60, 1 qt powerade zero, small v-8

Lunch - 2 oz liver, 1/3 cup rice, 1/4 cup green peas, 1 chocolate chip cookie, 1 peanut butter cookie.

Addl liquids - 2 (20oz) btls water

Dinner - Tomato soup is plannned.  It took me a while to eat lunch so I will do a liquid dinner.
I have noticed that most people do liquids after a fill.  My band is usually fine after lunch and closer to dinner so I've always eaten more solids in the evening.  I'm going to try changing up, making lunch my biggest meal.

I'll probably drink 2 or 3 more bottles of water w/crystal light or southbeach diet

Take care.  That's all!!!!
