Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Wed., Aug. 6th

I have been cooking for the little ones all day so I definitely know what I'm having today. Now I remember why my kids went to daycare at an early age.  It was cheaper than feeding them at home.  LOL 

I got in touch with Dr.'s office, NP is on vacation and will be in tomorrow.  I wil call then to make appointment for a fill.  I swallowed a cough drop accidentally and it did not get stuck??.  Guess this heat just sucked the saline right out of my band.

Breakfast - 2 cups organic tea, 2 bottles of flavored water.

Lunch - 10 crinkle cut baked fries.

Dinner - 2 pcs of fried liver, 1/2 cup of white rice, 1/3 cup green peas and 1 biscuit.

Snack - 1/3 serving wheybolic extreme protein drink.

That's all folks!!!!!

  Hope the heat doesn't suck out the saline in my band!  Fortunately, it seems to be cooling down for the next few days!  My 2nd fill is tomorrow!  Hooray!!!  Today was not too bad:                  B. 1/2 c. Kashi cereal, 1/4 c. 1% milk, tall NF Chai tea latte, L. egg fritatta with spinach and sausage & tomatoes & peppers, along with fruit and yes, one small biscuit D. 1/2 tall caramel light frappacino (on special) 1/2 serving sm. chili from Wendy's. Snack probably the other 1/2 of the frappacino.  Did I mention that I get a fill tomorrow?!  Happy Wednesday to all!

Hi y'all.  I'm feeling overly tired and blah today, wonder what all that's about??  I need to get up and go to the gym before it's too late but I'm just kinda thinking too heck with it tonight.  Anyone think it could hormones?  This is the end of my 1st month back on BC pills for peri-menopausal issues (i've had a tubal so birth control isn't an issue).  I'm also starting to get a toothache and I PB'd all my dinner tonight, I think I didn't chew well enough since I'm trying to stay off the aching tooth, then again it could have been the pork loin and it will also have to go to the "no-no" list.....still trying to get a handle on how to eat with the restriction i've got.....oh well.....I think i'll just make a CIB and call it dinner then go to bed early.  Tomorrow will be a better day!

FOOD

B: Starbeck's skinny cini dulce latte (6oz coffee, 10oz milk, S/F syrup and 3 splenda)

L:  McD's southest chicken sandwich (pattie only) ate about 2/3 of it and a sneaked 3 fries from Gracie  (lunch went down fine)

S:  A single turkey & cheese pinwheel (the kind that's like an hor d'oeuvre) it was dry and I thought it might kinda be getting stuck so I didn't have another -- why tempt fate?

S:  4 or 5 small tortilla chips  (these went down fine too)

D:  Grilled teriyaki pork loin, corn on the cob and rice blend......I think it ALL came back up when it was said and done!!

S:  Either a CIB or a protein bar (likely to be the big one if so, since I feel I missed the mark on the protein count today)

FLUIDS

I've not had much that I can remember so I'm going to make a 32 bottle of the crystal light to sip on for the next couple of hours.

Becka, I'd bet my money on the pork loin.  I love it but It does not love me.  I have to eat it extremely slow and extremely small portions.  Hope the tooth gets better.  Take care,

Daily Intake:


B:   Protein Bar
S:   Plum
L:   Tuna and 1/2 c. salad, 1/2 cookie
S:   handful of popcorn, 1/2 c. watermelon
D:   Baked cod, corn on cob, and 1/2 c. salad w/ cheese
S:   1 slice spinach, tomatoe, and feta pizza, 5 Whoppers

Exercise:  None.  I went shopping instead.
