Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Tues., August 5th

Since it wasn't posted I decided to post before bed.

Breakfast - 1/3 lean muscle protein meal, 1/2  wheybolic protein, 4 (20 oz) water  2 w/crystal light, 1 crystal light, 1 propel, 1 qt powerade zero.

Lunch - Asiago Roast Beef wrap and 2 oz chips

Dinner - 1 oz pork, 1/3 cup mixed greens, 1 tbs mac and cheese. 1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts.

That's all folks!!!!

  Thanks for getting this going!  Z, how do you resist eating more mac & cheese?! It is a revived favorite for me after having the grandkids here some this summer.                          Tuesday stuff:  B. 1/2 c. Kashi cereal, 1/4 c. 1% milk, tall NF Chai latte,  L. Twisted bar (thank goodness I was prepared- got stuck working at school)  S. Light caramel frapacinno from Starbucks   D. 1/2 grilled chicken salad, 1/2 baked potato and 1/2 serving small chili, all from Wendys. DH ate all the other halves.  A pretty good day- (need to drink more water)      I can hardly wait till my 2nd fill Thursday.  Furniture is still intact but looking tasty at times!  Happy Wednesday to all!

S:  1/2 c. tomatoes with fresh mozzarella cheese and Italian dressing
D:  4 grilled shrimp, 2 chips with salsa, and 3/4 c. salad with cheese
S:  Blue Bunny Butter Pecan Ice Cream Bar
S:  1 slice cheese and lettuce on a LC-HP tortilla, 5 cherries, 3 bites watermelon

Exercise : Walked 1.8 miles at the track.

Glad you posted!  I missed it yesterday!

Fluids: 64+ ozs...only thing I had time to do was drink....
