Accountability: Diet and exercise for Sunday, August 3rd
Today has been a lazy day for us.
I never went outside the house so I never even bothered to get dressed!!
I'm still wearing my PJs! Richard and Gracie didn't get out of bed until noon!! I did atleast get up and piddle around the house picking things up and made breakfast for them before taking their blankets away!

The scale is down for me today!! For the first time in about a month I was able to adjust my ticker!! I've lost 3.8 pounds since Tuesday!!! Yeah me!!!
FOOD
B: about 1 cup of cowboy skillet - eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, onions, cheese, sour cream and salsa
L: Snickers Marathon Caramel Nut Rush protein bar (minus about 3 bites Gracie took)
S: 4 light Tostido chips (TOM and am Jonesin' for SALT)
D: Planning on making Shake and Bake pork loin, steamed broccoli and mac-n-cheese
FLUIDS (not much....i've been bad on this today)
8oz crystal light
12 can of Diet Dr. P
32oz crystal light (i'm going to mix this up after I finish this)

Went back to work today and was actually happy to be there. I can only stay home for so long before I get cabin fever. It was a busy day, still have lots of work to catch up on, but it went well. I am just really tired. Only got dizzy twice so I am glad I took some fruit with me for the sugar boost.
Have went back to Lowe's and gotten the rest of the bathroom stuff. Had my partner from work meet us there so he could haul it home on a trailer bed. The big stuff wouldn't fit yesterday!
Things are still tense at home and my husband was obviously jealous of my work partner (who is a man). We have kind of just kept our distance from each other this evening. I can tell he is trying to be argumentative and I am not going to feed into it.
Daily Intakes:
B: 1 Boiled Egg
S: 5 Cherries
L: 1 Serving Soy Bologna w/ 2 slices cheese rolled-up and dipped in mustard, 1 oz. bag of Protein Chips
S: 1 Plum
S: 1 Boiled Egg, 5 Cherries
D: 1 Cod Filet, steamed veggies, 1/4 c. soy spaghetti sauce
S: ??? Not yet sure ???
Exercise: Plan on walking at least 1 mile this evening.

Breakfast - 2 cups cinnamon flavored organic tea, 2 (20 oz) btls replenish
one sausage patty.
Lunch - 1/3 lean muscle protein meal, 1/2 cup dry roasted nuts
Dinner - Not sure, having a strange day. I guess cooking for these kids had left a bad taste in my mouth for food or I'm just too tired to do anything but drink liquids. I might fix me some tomatoe soup or Unjury soup for the protein. I did take time to get on the treadmill. Yesterday two more kids came but 3 just left some I am down to 4 and will lose one tomorrow and three on Friday. I love them but I am not sad to see them go home. The last one doesn't leave until September.
I will re-post dinner when I eat it. Hope everyone has a good night.

Lunch -- 2 oz chicken w/chinese vegs, 2 crab wontons (the smushy part of them)
snack -- 1oz baked cheese doodles (yes I know, not the best choice)
dinner -- 1 oz pimento cheese on melba toast (3 toasts)
s -- water X 3, gatorate zero strawberry x 2
Exercise -- 2 mile walk this a.m. w/hubby b4 church.....very HOT today!!
