18 grandchildren!?!?!?!  You don't look old enough to have a grandchild, let alone 18 of them!!!  You are very lucky to have that many to love!

Leslie,  I have five children, 37, 33, 32, 31 and 30.  It seems my boys do a lot of lovin, 2 of my sons have 8 children each, oldest son has one daughter and youngest daughter has one daughter and my oldest daughter has none.  I will be 55 in September.  I am just happy none of my grandchildren are old enough to have children.  LOL

Well, we went to Holiday World today and I decided not to fret over my food choices.  It's not going to look pretty in print but my quanity I can eat at one time is not very big at all so hopefully that will help keep things in check!

- English Toffee Cappachino from the machine at Thornton's (I'm sure it was loaded with sugar since it tasted wonderful!)

- 1/2 a boiled egg because I got STUCK!  It went down on it's own so I didn't have to PB but I wanted too!!  I guess these will be added to my "can't eat it list" due to the yolk being so dry.

- about 3/4 a ham, cheese and pickle roll-up and about 3 or 4 Lays chips

- 2 chicken tenders and about 4 or 5 french fries

- We split a regular sized Dippin' Dots 3 ways.   All I can say is YUMMO - it was white birthday cake flavor!

- about 1/2 a funnnel cake (that thing went down WAY too easy!)

- maybe 1/2 a cup of green grapes

- I nibbled on more baked Lays on the way home since I was driving and trying to stay alert (bad reason to nibble but it keeps me awake)

- a couple wheat thins with cream cheese spread

OK, I've confessed and I feel better!!  I can sleep soundly tonight which is where I'm head now!

what is PB?
it makes me think of peanut butter but I know you wouldn't eat that after a boiled egg

anyway I love holiday world hope you had lots of fun
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

LOL.....PB means productive burp.  It's basically a big belch where you end up bringing the offending food object back up.  Not quite vomiting but the results are the same.  It's not as bad though since the food hasn't reached the stomach acid yet due to the band restriction.  It's a behavior to be avoided when possible though since it can contribute to a band slippage if it happens frequently enough and/or forcefully enough.  When I first started on OH I knew what they were refering to when the mentioned it but I used to think it meant "Pay Back"  as in "if you plan on eating that you know you'll get a pay back!"

Holiday World was fun as always but overly crowded yeterday.  Lines were long and the water area was shoulder to shoulder!  Still yet, if it were any closer to us, I'd buy season passes to there before i'd ever buy passes to Kentucky Kingdom again.

I am still so sick so I have really had to force myself to eat

breakfast - 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon and 1 slice of toast with butter
lunch - 2 scoops banana scream with 1 cup of milk
dinner - topping off 3 slices of pizza
snack - cheetos grab bag
later snack - sugar free chocolate pudding with whole milk
later snack - about 6 candied fruit slices

oh and I'll take the muggy humid days in KY over those nasty cold California days any time!  I love Kentucky
