Looked at your ticker! You really losing. I seem to have a sinus infection, am taking anti biotics from doc. He also gave me the z pack , but I'm afraid to take the steriods this close to surgery. Has anyone had sinus infection without fever before surgery? My surgery is in 4 days and I'm afraid they may cancel it if I am running any fever.

 don't know about the taking z-pak before surgery...drink lots of fluids and get plenty of rest... use metholatum (  my mother swears by this to reduce sinus problems.)...
my ticker shows some weight loss... but remember those of us who have highter bmi  [ higher starting weight ] appear to lose more at first... i think it is fluid....but for my post op appt friday, i would to have lost 25-30lbs since my last pre-op appt with dr tanner....( figure this would be about 10-15 lbs fluid and the other real weight loss..) but hey i will take what i can get.....how did your post op go???
