Accountability: Diet & Exercise Fiday august 1st
Im on liquids and soft foods. but wanted to Start this off for you all.
I had to have Two Teeth CUT OUT WHILE I WAS AWAKE!!!!!!! OMG~!!!
so liquids and pain meds for me

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
Sorry about the dental surgery w/o knock out meds. Take care. Oh, the arms are doing very well, last night I guess I layed on them and had to get up to put a heating pad on them. But all's well now.
Today's intake:
Breakfast - 1/2 lean muscle meal, 2 cups of organic tea, 1 qt of Powerade Zero, 4 (20 oz) bottles of replenish
Lunch - 3 oz pork roast shreded on caesar salad, 1/2 cup dry roasted nuts.
Dinner - 1 can of organic tomato soup.
1 qt of Powerade Zero.
That's all folks !!!

Today I had a yard sale from 10a-1:30p. Didn't do too bad but the sun was scorching hot. I did get a little tan :) which I was hoping for. I sweated a ton so I made sure I had water and drinks to sip on so I wouldn't dehydrate.
I feel like I got some exercise just by doing that today. I am exhausted. Was planning on doing it tomorrow but I have just about talked myself out of it.
Daily Intakes Today:
B: Egg sandwich (1 slice toast, 1 cheese, 1 egg and 2 strips soy bacon)
L: Lite -n- Fit Peach Yogurt, 1/4 c. peanuts
S: 2 big strawberries
D: 1 c. Soy Spaghetti Sauce amd 3/4 c. Caesar Salad
S: ? Maybe a bite of strawberry cheesecake and a protein bar
No plans tonight but I may watch "The Mist". Have been reading alot of magazines lately......looking at clothing styles for me :) and wedding stuff for my friend who is getting married in June. I am honestly about ready to go to bed. But I made that mistake yesterday, took a nap in the evening then couldn't go to sleep last night.
Maybe I will go for a walk when the sun goes down.

lunch - McDonald's fried chicken bacon ranch salad, ate the chicken, bacon, dressing and carrots and cheese off the top of the salad and threw most of the green stuff away
snack - had a few peach trolli's this afternoon

Been a hectic day for me and I'm still figuring out this restriction thing too!
S: my usual coffee/milk combination
B: I poured 1 cup of Kashi cereal with a splash of milk and my pouch didn't care for it. Never got stuck but it just sat there with every bite and went down VERY SLOW so I quit after about 4oz.
S: 1/2 a snicker's protein bar (Chocolate always goes down easy!)
L: A slice of deli-cut colby jack cheese and two really thin slices of deli turkey and about 3 baked Lays chips
S: the other half of the protein bar
D: ?? I need to make something REALLY soon since it's already 8pm! There's a new fish place in town I might run up there! (I didn't thaw any meat out so we're VERY limited on options)

noo becca. I didnt see the man yesterday... I add five pounds to what my scales say so I know what his scales will sa. and I was a lil loopy on pain meds!!! Liquid Pain Meds Rule!!!!!!!! Man that could get very addictive!!!!

Dawn..sorry to hear about the dental visit..why didn't they knock ya out?The smell of a drill in the mouth makes me sick...I do not want to remember any of it thank you! Hope the pain eases up enough so you can sleep!
