Accountability: Diet & Exercise Thurs. July 31st
Didn't see it so here goes:
Today's intake:
Breakfast - 1/2 Lean muscle meal, 2 cups organic tea, 1 qt Powerade Zero
Lunch - Southbeach SW Chicken Wrap, pkg of Southbeach choco covered soy nuts
Snack - 1/2 cup dry roasted nuts
Dinner - 3 oz pork roast, caesar salad
3 (20 oz) bottles of crystal light
Completed my exercise goal. Small but I did it.

I'm here!! Just now got to the point where I could sit down in front of the 'puter and I have a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT:
I am 2 days short of being banded a full 9 months and tonight I FINALLY experienced restriction as decribed by so many on here!!!
I'm was so tickled I could done a snoopy dance right there in the restaurant!!!
I had my sixth fill on Tuesday and am back on solids so my Mr. Entertainment and I went to Chili's tonight. I ordered a full meal (I love chili's leftovers!) of ribs and shrimp. I ate about 5 bites of my salad and then had 1 (ONE
) grilled shrimp and 2 (TWO
) ribs with meat. I also had one bite of black beans AND STICK A FORK IN ME, I WAS DONE!!!!
I was beginning to think I'd never feel restriction. Don't get me wrong, all the previous fills have helped with my weightloss but there was also a bigger part of me TELLING myself to put the fork down (sometimes I did and didn't). I'm really excited to see how my scale reacts in the coming weeks. Hopefully this fill will last me for several months as well!
Oh yeah, to top it all off I went to the YMCA at 8:30pm!!!!
Here's my food for the day:
S: skinny cini dulce latte
B: 1/2 cup egg beaters with shredded cheese and salsa (I ate it all but the last 3 bites)
L: skipped it
S: A soft cookie (mrs. fields) --- I was starving and it was better caloriewise than the cashews at the Thornton's)
D: Chili's (see above!)
S: Big Daddy went to Starbuck's and got me the real thing!
EXERCISE
40 minutes strength training and 30 minutes on the treadmill

Yeah Becca! There is an awesome WOW moment! Glad to hear that you finallyt felt it! A-hope those arms are healing! Pics...pics...Leslie...great to see you on here and posting! I have actually had more luck with holding myself accountable on here than in a book at home. Hope it helps you too!.

oh hell I just wanted it!

Calories/ Protein: 1179 / 81
Exercise: Up and down the basement stairs (at least 20 times) and worked in garden
