Hi guys - I'm back!

I was on vacation since the 15th.  I hope everyone here is doing well, please inform me if I have missed out on anything important please.  I feel like I ate my way through California and me without a scale.  At first I thought I would lose my mind, not stepping on the scale everyday.  I calmed down though and just ate protein first, veggies and fruits second.  Well, usually San Francisco sourdough break second with lots of butter.  But, hey I was on vacation right?  Anyway I brought home a cold so I am home nursing a runny nose and a fever but, the great news is I lost nearly 6 pounds on vacation.  WOW!   I know I still have a long way to go but that has never, never happened to me before.  I always gain on vacation.  Not this year!

I was wondering where you ran off too!!

Can't think of anything too radical you missed out on other than one dinner gathering over in Indiana.  I hope we can plan another one for August so maybe you can catch that one with us!

I've got to run!  I have to be at the gym by 8:30 if I'm going to get my full workout in!!!

I don't know what their schedule is but I think they have 2 or 3 classes at various times.

LOL....I closed the Y down tonight!  I was the last one there at 9:45pm (they close at 10).  The last two workers were standing there waiting on me to finish so they could turn out the lights!!  A year ago I'd have laughed my head off at the thought of me even being at the YMCA after 8pm!

Hey Vicki glad to see you made it back to this side of the US in one piece and six pounds lighter to boot! Glad your vacation was a good one!
