Accountability: Diet and Exercise for wensday, July 30th

 Ok. I have ran all day.. ugh.. Here is the start for this.

S-prochino
b- kroger brand yogurt light
l- southern fried chicken breast no bun
  some fries
  no crack laced tea!!
S- CASHEWS
s-2 choc chip cookies
s- stold a few of kates m ans m's
d- 3 pieces crisp bacon
   1/2 of  a 1/2 of a chicken breast
   some steamed veggies

liquids-
24 oz s/f/kaid
20 oz s/f/kaid
8 oz milk
20 oz s/f/kaid

no exercise ran errands all day





  First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band

B:   1 slice toast, 1 slice cheese, and 1 slice of tomatoe
S:    Protein Bar
L:    Grilled veggies with cheese and 1 bite of a brownie (not good there)
S:    1/2 c. apple juice
D:    1 c. Salad with 1/2 c. Red Beans
S:     1 petite dill pickle, melon, and 2 crackers with peanut butter


Exercise:    None :(   I have had no energy nor felt well today.  Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Funny but I had never ventured far from the main forum until the past couple of weeks!

Oddball day for me!

I didn't keep track very well and didn't stick to my self-imposed "mushies only" day today!

I started out well.....

S:  StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte

B:  3/4 cup cottage cheese and 1/4 cup crushed pineapple

S:.......but then the gourmet tortilla chips whispered my name and I had a couple! 

L: lunch bucket w/ noodles and chicken

S:  the damn tortilla chips started whispering again and some salsa joined them!!   So i ate them until they were GONE!! 

I finally got myself back on track for dinner though!

D:   2oz grilled teriyaki chicken, 1/2 steamed broccoli and 1/4 cup mashed potatoes

I'm sure I had fluids today as well but the only thing I remember is the latte and a 32oz crystal light jug I took to the pool.

Exercise never happened today either.....but I did play at the pool with Gracie, so that's got to be worth a litte something!

Today's Intake:

Breakfast - lean muscle meal, 2 cups organic tea, 4 (20 oz) btls replenish

Lunch - 1/2 cup tuna salad w/flaxseed cornchips (17)

Dinner - baked chicken thigh, 1 peanut butter cookie, 1 chocochip cookie, 1/3 cup sunflower kernels.

Snack - small spicy v-8

Been babysitting and trying to get three baby cakes made for a baby shower (centerpieces) and a wedding cake for a bridal shower and another for a birthday. All for the same lady but all by this weekend! These are not the edible cakes...baby are out of diaper and others have towels, bath goodies, etc.....

Anyway.....here's my intake!

B: Milk
S: Yogurt
L: chicken mushroom panini
S: Protein Bar
D: roasted chicken and yellow squash
S: bbq pot chips....

Fluids: 72 ozs

Cal/ Protein: 1170 / 100 grams
