Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Tuesday, July 29th

s- breyers light ice cream bar.. its hot out!!!!!
d- taco meat, 2 slices of cheese and 7 scoop chips with hot sauce
1/2 a biscuit
s- none if i can help it, if not yogurt will be the staple snack today
exercise-
treadmill 11 minutes 65 calories and 0.51 disatance
and 14 minutes on my freestyle eleptical
liquids:
24 ounces gatoraide
40 ounces s/f/koolaide
splash of milk
its hot and nasty outside. ugh
First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
Hi Dawn and everyone else that signs or looks in later. I was doing the Lean Muscle Protein Meal from GNC before surgery. I was unable to exercise so I did not drink it. Got the ok from the ps that I can start exercising again. I go back to see him in a month. He said my arms are looking good. They are still swollen but I am happy to have improved arms. My arms are not small now nor will they be when all is said and done, but even swollen they are smaller than they ever were. Enough said.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - 1 quart of Powerade Zero
Lunch - Chicken salad and Triscuit -Rosemary Olive Oil Crackers
Snack - Soy Joy Mango/Coconut bar
Dinner - Lean Muscle Meal
Snack - 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
Liquids - 1 qt Powerade Zero, 4 (20 oz) bottles of Crystal Light
Exercise: did not do any
Snack - apple and 1tsp peanut butter
I will edit anything that I don't do. I'm trying to plan ahead for the good. That's all. Z

so far that is what I have drank.
I had the opportunity to get a fill today instead of next week (they called me @ 5:30 last night) and I jumped in it!! So after my breakfast entry I'm on fluids for the rest of the night. Tomorrow I'll bump up to puree and soft. Even though Larson tells his patients to go back to solids in the AM I just can't do it without being nervous!!
FOOD
S: My usual skinny cini dulce latte (10oz 1%milk, 6oz coffee, S/F syrup and 3 splenda)
B: 1/2 cup egg beater omelet with onion, 2% shredded cheese and a little salsa
S: about 10 to 12 green grapes
S: 4oz S/F pudding cup (more of a test of my fill than hungry)
S: about 5oz pre-mix EAS low carb advantage protein drink (took 2 swigs and poured it out!)
D: somewhere between 1/2 and 2/3 cup pureed chili
FLUIDS
10oz milk
17oz water
32oz McD's tea (the non-crack type)
12oz lemonade (I think it had sugar)

EXERCISE
30 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the stationary bike
B: 1 Boiled Egg
S: Protein Bar
L: 3/4 fillet of cajun catfish, few bites of salad
S: 1 slice cheese and 5 bites melon
D: Sandwich (1 slice toast, 1 slice cheese, soy bologna, slice of tomatoe and mustard)
S: Melon
Exercise: Not a lot. Toning Arm Exercises with Hand Weights.

S: bag of popcorn and 1/2 bag cotton candy...blame Aubrey she brought it home! :) I only ate 1/2 (pink kind) Thank God the other half was blue! (yuck)
Calories/Protein:1702 / 58...not good..went over by 102 cal and protein could have been higher
I do not post exercise since I have been cleaning and rearranging the galley...trust me I am getting my work out! But my back is killing today!
