what kind of supplies
I took more than I ever used so I recommend something comfortable to wear home. You'll be walking and sipping more than anything then resting when you can. I think the shampoo is called Nioxin....not overly certain I'm spelling that right. Others on a different board said it wasn't worth the money. I'm taking Biotin hopefully it will help start new growth before I lose a lot.
I took PJ's, slippers, and flip-flops (for the shower). Of course your own toiletrie items.
I highly recommend taking chapstick because your mouth and lips will be VERY dry.
Your own pillow - to rest better and to hold over your stomach as a cushion on the ride home.....those little bumps in the road feel like BIG bumps after surgery.
I also took a list of my goals and reasons for having surgery - so I could remind myself that this is worth it.
Also took a hair dryer.............have to blow out my hair else it curls up something terrible! lol
I used a starter kit of the Nioxion shampoo, scalp treatment, and conditioner. I also take Biotin. I can't tell and neither can my hair stylist that I have had any thinning of my hair yet. I am blaming the Biotin for a few stray hairs on my chin now and I am not happy about that!
Best of luck to you!
