Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Sun. July 27th
Sorry I missed you guys at Cheddars. Grandkids did not go home. Hope you all had a wonderful time.
Today's Intake:
Breakfast - 2 cups of organic tea,
Lunch - 1 cup of cantaloupe, 1 cup of cottage cheese w/fruit ****tail
Dinner - 1/2 cup of greens, 1/4 cup of rice w spring vegetables and a salmon patty
Snack - 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts w/dried fruit
Liquids - 20 oz replenish, 20 oz crystal light, 1 quart of Powerade and 2 quart to go before bed.
That's all folks!!!!!

Awww Z....we were really hoping to see ya, but I understand on the grandkids.....Dawn......hope Todd feels better! It was nice to visit with Becca and Vicki.......It always boosts my spirits to spend time with you guys! Ok......so here is my intake....

Lunch: 1/2 tortilla soup, all of my broccoli casserole it was a small portion, half of my green beans, half of my carrotts and 2 bites of my red beans and rice the rest went home with me
