Accountability: Diet & Exercise for Sat.,July 26th

Evening all,  I will start off by saying I am unable to exercise until after I see the ps on Tuesday.  Secondly, I will not get on the scale until after this swelling goes down.  With those excuses out there I will now list Today's Intake:
Breakfast - 2 cups of organic tea, 1 qt  of Powerade Zero

Lunch - Tuna w/tomatoe and basil, 20 cheezit crackers and a strawberry soyjoy bar

Dinner - 1 cup of canned greens, 4 oz steak, one apple and 1 tsp peanut butter
Snack - 1/3 cup dry roasted nuts.
Addl liquids during day,  20 oz water, 20 oz replenish, 1 qt powerade zero.
Running behind on my liquids today. 

Tonight I will drink my lliquids and go all night long.  (I know TMI)

D: 4 fried chicken legs.....

Fluids...omg...I am floating after a hot day in the sun and drinking a well!  84 ozs so far and its only 7:45!

Calories/ Protein:  720 / 44 grams...not too good today!

Breakfast-  1 cup of cantalope

Lunch 1/2 of a ham sandwich on whole grain wheat, and a few chips

Snack - twisted peanut butter protein bar

Dinner:  skyline chili with spaggetti microwave meal it was mushy and got it done easy and 330 calories


fluids,  I have had at least 6 or 7 .5L bottles of water and 2 bottles of grape propel

  Wow! Where has the week gone!  I am happy to report that I did NOT eat any furniture today and in fact, have had a pretty good day.  B.  about 16 oz. coffee and a Kashi bar, late morning, tall nf Chai tea latte, L. 2-3 oz. tomato soup & a few bites of salad with grilled chicken, blue cheese & strawberries, D. 1/2 of a Kashi Chicken Mediteranean (sp?) Sn. 1 sf dreamsicle and 6oz. Yogurt Fluff from Jean M.'s blog- yummy (about100 cal)! Happy Week-end to all and to all a good-night!
