Accountability Diet & Exercise: Friday, July25th

Hope everyone is having a good weekend    I'm still purple and blue but took three grandkids school shopping.  Ain't life grand. Lunch is their fault. We went chinese.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Today's Intake: 

Breakfast - 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup fruit ****tail

Lunch - 1 cup green beans, 2 cups hot and sour soup w rice, 1 crab ragoon, 1/2 cup of peppered chicken

Dinner - 3 oz broiled chuck steak, 1 cup canned greens.

Liquids - 2 quarts of Powerade Zero Strawberry

 With  I will succeed.
HW: 280 - LW: 190 - GW - 180  
Unfilled 8/15/11 - WT:  209
1st Fill 11/29/11 - WT: 215.5 - 3cc
2/20/12 - New Goal - Get n Onederland

Hot and sour soup and crab rangoons.........YUM YUM!!   (I had that myself a few days ago!)  I'm sure you know to stay away from the scale tomorrow due to all the sodium right??

I've had an odd food day.....Here's what I've done:

Breakfast:  homemade skinny cini dulce latte

lunch: a piece of fried fish from Moby Dick's

dinner: a whole cucumber (no lie!)

LATE dinner (Richard and I are going out soon and it's already 9:50):  I'm thinking sushi or maybe naked hot wings (they don't have breading)

Tomorrow we are headed to my parent's for the day so I likely won't post.  We have two birthdays to celebrate (dad & sis) so there WILL be cake involved and mom's making taco salad which is sorta safe depending on how you load it up!

Breakfast:: Protein Bar


Lunch: ham and swiss roll up and a few chips


Supper:  grilled hamburger(no bun), with a slice of tomatoe and onion

Snack:  ???? its 11:20 still up and now hungry again who knows maybe a couple pickles or a cucumber or a tomatoe.


we are growing our own veggies this summer and I love the fresh green beans, canatalope(i know not a veggie) tomatoes, green peppers and red and yellow tomatoes and grape tomatoes.

here's my two cents......

B: Coffee w/ creamer and splenda
S: Protein bar-guess what kind?
L: Nothing
S: 6 Fire roasted tomato and olive oil cracker...my new addiction
D: 2 slices chicken , bacon and mushroom med pizza + topping off 3rd....bad choice I know but lets just say my week from hell found a lower depths to fall to!

Fluids: 76 ozs
Calories/Protein: 1268 / 56 grams
