Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Thursday, July 24th

I have furniture in my great room and I have my kitchen back. Life should get back to normal now. I decided to let Mr. Entertainmet out of the doghouse as well so my mood is better. I have decided though that I need to cut back on my OH time. This really just means no midday cruising (yeah, I know just like I'm doing now
). I'm going to try and simply check in real quick in the AM (mainly for my daily thread on the lapband board and then I'll be on as usual in the evenings for an hour or so.
Once Gracie starts school on the 13th of August I'm going to start picking up some of the office end of my husband's business to help him out. This should help both him and me from feeling disconnected, or at least that's the plan!
Here's my diet plan for the day:
FOOD
breakfast: coffee latte w/ 10oz 1% milk
lunch: 3/4 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
snack: protein bar
dinner: Q'doba! (i'll list the damage later)
FLUIDS
10 oz milk
6 oz coffee (doesn't really count)
17oz crystal light
17oz water
??
??
EXERCISE
I don't think I'll make it to the Y today as they close their childcare @ 2pm. I need 90 minutes to do my workout and I'm not yet ready to go so I think the timing will be a bit off for me to make it. Tomorrow though, I'm going come hell or high water!

B - 3 slices of bacon, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup mandarin oranges, 4 tsp salsa.
L - 1/2 cup boiled shrimp, 1/2 cup rice pilaf and 1 cup canned mixed greens
D - undecided as yet - thinking about an apple and 2tbs peanutbutter and maybe a protein bar
Liquids - 1 liter of Gatorade, 1 liter of Powerade Zero
