Update.......

WOW what a journey this has become.. Well I finally heard from DR Allen's office and they supposedly have EVERYTHING they need now to submit to insurance... so I've done everything on my part! Now I wait for a final approval!!!! How long did it take for everyone else???

I have Federal BCBS and it took not quite 3 weeks.

It won't be too long...all depends on what kind of insurance you have! I have my chronology of events on my profile...it was the easiest way for me to keep track and easier for other people to look at! Hope it helps! And YEAH!!!!! 

  Sandi, it shouldn't be long now, depending on your insurance carrier.  I have Humana, and once the paperwork was in, it was a matter of days for the date.  Hope you hear this week!

Oh Wow.. cause she was telling me on the phone It only takes a "few" weeks.... Lol FEW?? To think I started this process in January!! WOW!
