Accountability: Diet and Exercise for saturday, July 19th
ok ladies as always, im on the run.... starting this and will be back to fill it in..
Im bac but im not filling in what a bad day I had yesterday or it will scare the beeejeeshus out of you.. Let's just say that it was awful and leave it at that!!!!!!! step away fromthe junk and put your hands down Dawn!!!
So hope you had a better day then I did!im offf to clean my house and work off some of the junk fest...

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
Saturday's Blowout. I don't do well with death and Saturday I went to a funeral. So I plead temporary insanity. I know I'm not really crazy because I ate the desserts before my protein to be sure to get them in However I did come back to my senses.
Breakfast - 2 cups of hot tea.
Lunch, Dinner and the Kitchen Sink - 1 piece of chocolate cake, 3 homemade large cookies, 2 medium size chess squares, 1 slice of ham, 1 chicken leg and 1 piece of meatloaf.
I could not eat anything else if I had tried. Shame made me drink water the rest of the night.
That's all folks.
