Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Friday, July 18th
Ok ladies her it is the second full week of accountability for this month.. how are you doing on it??
Food:
s- prochino
b- slices of bacon two bites toast
l- 1/2 chichen patti from chick fil a
bbq sauce
1 serving of chili cheese fritos
s- four peanut butter crackers
d- double cheeseburger plain with big mac sausce.. no bread
liquids:32 oz sw tea mcd's
20 ounces water w / s/f/ kool aid
20 water w/s/f/ kool aid
15 ounces water s/f/kool aid
exercise:20 minutes walk

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band

B - 1/2 lean muscle protein meal, 2 cups organic tea, 1 glass of tea, 1 glass of sf kool-aid.
L - 1 chicken patty from McDonalds, cup of cottage cheese, 50 corn/flax seed chips.
D - 3 oz honey roasted turkey, mixed greens salad, 1/2 cup banana split sf ice cream.
