    Ok, im back. had to work today and it is AWFULLY HOT!! I got in my 20 minute walk at work... It was too hot to do a second lap!! grosss
   Jeanie, I hope your feeling better!!!!

Food:
s- prochino 5am
b- 1 sausage patti
     and half a hashbrown from McD's
s- none
l- taco salad,. homemade with teaspoon of catalina dressing... first time for this and felt a lil ugh? not sure if it was stuck or I ate to fast... strange

s- peanuts
d- half a chicken breast sand from chic fil a
     three waffle fries, bbq sauce
s- breyers lowfat ice cream.. was very good for low fat low sugar
s- chili cheese fritos


fluids_20 ounce water
           32 ounce McDonalds sweet tea!! see LeeAnn its hard for me to be a good girl!!! ughhhhhhh
         20 ounce before bed! promise!!!

exercise- 20 minutes walk

  OK, it's been a tough week, but I do believe I see the light at the end of the tunnell.  After falling Monday morning  (slipped in school hallway trying to get around an "obstacle course") and being in pain, I finally got x-rays today and some pain meds.  Doctor says things look fairly normal and I will check back with him next week.  Scale has gone back down some (hooray) so hopefully I'm getting back on track, so here goes:  B. 1 egg scrambled, 1 veggie  "sausage" pattie L. Banana Chocolate protein drink from Starbucks, made with NF milk, (this was a lifesaver- no time for real lunch on way to another workshop), D.  3 oz. turkey breast (thanks Kroger deli) about 3 oz. instant mashed potatoes and 3-4 oz. brussel spouts.   Snax: 2 sf fudgesicles.  Happy Week-end Eve!

C'mon Dawn...I have not had one tea from McD's all week! I have ..on the other hand...been bad in other ways!  Ok...busy day so here goes:

B: nada
S: nada
L: 1/2 bowl laoded potatoe soup
S: 6 tricuts-sundried tomato and basil I think
D: Nachos Bel Grande from Taco Bell...Grande my ass! They shrunk!
S: nada

Fluids:  40 oz..if I'm lucky!
Told ya I was busy!  Exercise...chasing my own tail all day!
