Accountability; Diet and Exercise for Wednesday

I have had a weird day...helping a friend get ready for his first exhibit, so lots of framing etc...to be done! I have actually a bit withdrawn from my homelife this week. the girls have been staying w/ friends and not really home much at all. Just me and Dale. I have had alot of time to really think about us and some of our issues and weighing the pros and cons of staying together. I need to make some decisions soon...tired of turmoil and stress!  Souns like a bad soap opera huh?! lol
Well....on with the show.....

B: Coca krispies w/ milk
L: Black and Bleu salad from Quizno's
D: 1/2 small red potato and 1 cup smoked/grilled turkey breast

S: only one today...Buster bar from DQ
Fluids: 60 ozs water...not enough today

Cal/Protein: 1655/82g

Think I need to go for a walk....

 Awww LeeAnn, im sorry you are having conflict.. It's rough to deal with Conflict and not turn to junk!!!!
 Sorry I didnt start this today. I got all teary eyed this morning and forgot to start it I will start it for thursday though before bed.. If you need to talk I gave you my numbers didnt I?


Food:
 s- prochino
b- none
l- 1100 am 
   1/2 cup spaghetti with ground beef sauce
   
s- peanuts about 230 or so
 d- 1.5 piece of full wheat toast
      5  pieces of bacon
      lettuce
      miracle whip
      chili cheese fritos
s- 1/2 piece cheese cake{ thank goodness this is gone}

liquids:
40 ounces water
32 oz sweet tea
8 oz water





  First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
