Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Tuesday

Well..its hump day and I cannot wait to be off this weekend! I have so much to do and the girls dad is coming in from Iowa to see them so I plan on being scarce! We are not exactly the best of friends. I have tried hard to keep track of my food and exercise...I am seeing results even though I have not been very good with choices! Here goes..........
B: Lite vanilla yogurt
S: 1/2 Snicker's Marathon Prot Bar-Carmel Nut Rush
L: Southwest Chicken Panini
Yellow Squash
S: 1/2 Snicker's Marathon Prot Bar-Carmel Nut Rush
D: Angel hair pasta w/ ,eat sauce
S: Dry fruit loops91/3 less sugar)
72 ozs water
No exercise...in ER all evening with daughter!

tuesday was a good day/ bad day for me... I went to holiday world and didnt get to eat much and boy did this band let me know it.. I get reallllllly tight when i dont eat!!! the gas pains are gone thank goodness!!!! but i survived. I did figure out that free pepsi meant free water so I was trying to figure out ways to get in my fluids so I donr have much of a record of fluid intake but thats ok too..
food: southern style chicken sandwch no bun from mcdonalds and a 32 oz sweet tea 11am
d- the toppings off a slice of peperoni pizza and all the peperoni off my nephews pizza slices and my daughters and a few fries..
s- one and a half hard shell taco
fluids- 20 ounce water i know for sure
32 ounce sweet tea
and a 20 ounce bottle on the way home for sure
a lot of water and gatorade in between but not sure how much
exercise- i did get in 10 minutes of cardio before my mom called in the middle of my workout
and playing in the water park and the wave pool and walking the park pulling a wagon~!~~!!!
