Accountability; Diet and Exercise for Monday
Well this is weird. I am the one that hates to do this the most and am starting this one. Becca...tell those guys to lay that floor lickety split!
I had a really bad/stressful day yesterday and it showed in my diet the worst it ever has! But I ate it and now I have to say it.
B: Hot Cocoa 220/4
L: 2 everything bagels 500/18
S: 1 pkg bbq chips 140/0
D: Pork chop, cheese potatos, squash 360/18
S: Thin mint blizzard 1080/11 (ouch)
Cal/Prot: 2294/51
Exercise; 40 minutes in pool with water exercises. 4 hours cleaning and organizing kitchen cabinets, baby equipment in basement, etc....

Just a quick check-in! I'm waiting on princess to finish her happy meal and then we are headed out to go to the new YMCA waterpark for the afternoon.
Richard struck upon a great idea last night that might help a little for our week of eating out......Salad week!!! We are going to try a different restaurant each night and see who has the best salads. Now we still have to watch what goes on it but it's certainly better than some of the other options we might be tempted to try! Last night was Chili's, not sure what tonight will be!

pre-breakfast: my usual skinny coffee latte
breakfast: twisted protein bar
lunch: McDonald's grilled chicken chipolte' BBQ snack wrap (any idea how healthy these are?)
snack: ?? probably a frozen lemonade at the pool
dinner: SALAD!!!!
EXERCISE:
we went to the YMCA after swim practice today and I got my FULL workout in so that's a total of 90 minutes.
Grilled 260 cal/ 28 carbs/ 18 protein-4.4 grams
Crispy 330 cal/ 35 carbs/ 14 crispy-4.2 grams
