Hi Vicki - I'm Vicki too!  I have a girlfriend who called today and wants the lapband, she says her Humana policy does not cover it.  Could that be true?  Humana paid for my DS.

If her policy has a exclusion yes that could be true.   Each policy is different depends on if the employer wants WLS added to the benefits or not and most individual policies obtained by individuals that dont have it through their employers will not have coverage for WLS

Okay...got you guys marked to msg you with details when we get something set up! I am hoping we can get the same group together plus alot more...especially some of the new people that are still investigating types etc...We had such a good choice of options and everyone can find someone to answer questions! It is starting to look like maybe the first weekend in August.

LOL......Don't sneak in an outing without me though!  Most Sundays are good for me as we try to go to Saturday evening church services.
