Yesterday was a wash and I'm glad it's gone......one thing though.....those Girl Scout Thin Mint Blizzards are good but not awesome and NOT worth it!  LOL

Brunch:  about a cup of that skillet thingy I make every Sunday (hashbrowns, onions, bacon, egg beaters, shredded cheese and salsa)

snack:  a few grapes and pretzel chips

snack:  Starbuck's Skinny Cini Dulce Latte

dinner (@ mom's):  beef stew w/ cole slaw (i'll skip the corn bread though)

Congrats on getting the scale to move Dawn!  I'm still playing with the same 2 pounds I have for the last three or four weeks.  I am still trying to get my head on straight and my butt in gear!!  I thiknk I'm going to call it "ONEderland Syndrome."  I also thik I need a SMALL tweak to my fill level......I'm talking something like 0.2cc.

Well, when I do get stuck it's from my own doing and not because I'm too tight though.  Or so I assume.  I think if I was too tight i'd have the problem ALL THE TIME not just when I'm being a bonehead!  So my theory is that I could probably handle a SMALL fill which would also help get the scale moving again too.

My volume I can eat per meal (if/when I let myself) is still kinda high in my opinion.  I can still eat over a cup at a time.  I did make an appointment for August 13th, along with Richard's next appointment, for a possible fill.  That gives me 4 more weeks to see if I can't get my head on straight and my butt in gear before I opt for a fill.  If I don't get a fill that day though I am going to wait until after we get back from vacation (9/19-9/27) as I don't want to fight possibly being too tight and relearning what does and doesn't work  while at Disney.

I do think if I could get my butt back on a regular gym schedule and didn't join Richard in night-time nibbling I could put the fill off a little longer.

I may end up eating my words though.....

Dawn...way to go! i have noticed I am ashamed at times to write down what I ate, but it really does make you accountable. Before I went to cheat today, I asked myself " Do you really want to have to post that you ate that?" It works...at least for today!  Great ob on getting that 1.5 back off!

Well, week-end is just about over and I am tired and ready to call it a night (Lee Ann, sounds like you kept active today even after watching a little one last night?!)  It sure is tempting to not even go for this, but it does help me see what I'm doing, right or wrong:  B.  1 cup decaf. coffee, 1/2 luna protein bar (not bad) & tall Starbucks Chai tea latte, L. 4 pieces sushi & about 2 oz. edamame, 3-4 oz. onion soup, D. soft taco made at home plus a little extra beef & cheese. Snax: sf fudgesicle, 1/2 c. Kashi cereal w. 1/4 cup skim milk.  Water & Arizona diet tea.  That doesn't look so bad, but I feel like I am struggling to eat right.  Still not feeling back to normal, whatever that is- just TIRED and little energy.  Lots of stress- meeting son's possible future in-laws went well, workshops all day next couple of days- so long carefree days of summer.  Happy Trails!
