Accountability: Diet and Exercise for saturday, July12th
Well I have been trying to post this all morning and couldnt.. I had to change the editor^^^ thing up there to text... must be a obesity help problem
SO here is the start for the day...
Food-
s- prochino
b- none
s- few nuts
l- nacho supreme with double meat
s-
d- may try steak.. not sure
liquids
8 oz milk
8 oz water
20 ounces water this was before 2. its HOT
exercise-
RAN, WALK COMBO FOR 30 MINUTES
10 MINUTES ON MY GAZELLE- TRYING NOT TO OVER DO IT!!

Keep up the protein and water! Even now, I find that I have to pay attention to the amount of fluid and protein or I start falling way short. And of course the more active you are the more you need to drink.

Ok.....did okay until night time....watched a movie and had a snack I just should have skipped. No one to blame but me!
B: Nothing L; Chicken tenders and Macaroni salad-leftover S: Snickers MArathon Protein Bar-Carmel Nut Rush D: Grilled squash and chicken (Yep...more picked from my garden!)
S: Large bag of popcorn and a hershey's king size candy bar....
Fluids: 72 ozs water..12 ozs sf peach ice tea=84 ozs
Went shopping with girls and Braedyn........babysat Braedyn last night...no sleep!

D- Smart ones spaggetti and marinara
s- SF ice cream vanilla with SF chocolate sryup
no exercise today my back is killing me
