Odd day for me! Was busy but didn't really do anything major!! We are taking the boat out tomorrow so I might not be around to post until late!
Here's my damage:
Breakfast: My usual skinny latte
Lunch: 1/2 cup scrambled egg beaters with a slice of cheese and salsa
Dinner: Shogun! A few bites each of what landed on my plate and then brought the bulk of it home! fried rice, shrimp, filet mignon, stir fried vegies,
snack: we went to the movies (Gracie went to my mom's) and saw Han**** I had a Starbucks venti skinny latte, 5 Swedish goldfish (yeah, I know) and some popcorn (no butter)
Greetings, all! Well, I was sooo tired Friday night that I'm getting this in early Sat. morning. I've posted most of the week and I agree- it does help! Friday was a better day than the last two: B. decaf. coffee, little later, tall nf Chai tea latte L. most of a small cobb salad at the Grapevine eating mostly the toppings- eggs, cheese, turkey, D. about 3 oz hamburger, 1 turkey "hot dog", some mac & cheese (sent leftovers home with the kids), and some broccoli salad. Snax: a sf popsicle and only 1 dove miniature. Lots of water and Arizona diet green iced tea with genseng- my latest addiction but no calories. No swimming today, but lots of walking at the mall. Happy week-end!
