Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Thursday, July10
Ok worked today. blah blah!!! So got lots of liquids in today.. I had it wrote down but I seem to have lost it.. so here goes...
FOOD:
S- prochino 500 am
b- sausage patty from mcdonalds, with strawberry Jelly and few bites of the bottom of the biscuit... 645am
s- six ritz crackers
1 kraft single 945
l- less than a cup of chili..1130
I think, no I know this was a bad idea, to do these close together. I got very very uncomfy!!!
s- a few cashews at around 330
d- 1 and a lil over half of another chicken tender's from chick fil -A- and only three fries!! woohoo.. this was at 5pm
s- a choc chip cookie
s- a ice cream sandwich
liquids
8 oz milk
50 ounces water w/ s/f koolaid
6 ounces of hot tea for meds
exercise:
20 minutes brisk walk on break at work

Hijack: Jeanie B. Your menu for dinner sounds like a meal I used to eat when we went to the Bahamas and Jamaica. Steamed grouper with a tomatoe sauce, peas and rice, plantain and rum with 2 ice cubes. Now of course the rum would be before dinner or and hour after dinner. LOL

Hola!!
It's a little late but I am here! Maybe slighty tipspy but that's what ya get when ya haven't had a drop of alcohol in over 8 months!! I'm also sitting here eating dinner at 10:30pm....
Breakfast: my usual skinny latte
Lunch: I tried a couple of pieces of deboned leftover chicken from last night but i got hung up so I quit. A little later I tried a boiled egg and a string cheese and it went down fine.
snack: taste testing dips w/ about 5 tortilla chips broken up at one of those "Simply Deliscious" parties.
1st dinner: Big 'ole fruity margarita and chips-N-salsa at chilis!!
2nd dinner: mesquite grilled chicken salad (i'll likely eat about 1/3 to 1/2 of it)
FLUIDS
I didn't keep track!!
EXERCISE
Gracie was supposed to have a playdate today but they never came to pick her up for their outing so we wasted valuable time sitting and waiting.....hopefully they just forgot about it and nothing is wrong.....
Wishing I had the margarita without the fruity part. Tipsy sounds pretty good right now. I too am having a late dinner but it is only cottage cheese and salsa. Today's Intake: B - 4 cups of organic tea, 3 (20 oz) bottles of water and a cup of skim milk. L - 4 oz of luncheon meat, cup of jello mold salad. D - apple w/ 1 tbs of peanut butter and cottage and salsa. Take care, Z
