Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Wensday, July 9th
HELLO LADIES!!! I am home this morning doing nothing and should be doing SOMETHING.lol...
Im starting out well today but we will see how the day goes on...
FOOD:
s- prochino 830am
b- none, not hungry
l- 2 baked chicken tenders w/ bbq sauce
5 baked french fries 1200 pm
s- 3 choc chip cookies
and handful of cashews
s- 4 ritz peanut butter crackers
d- scrambled eggs, half a piece sausage, half a biscuit and gravy wont be till atleast 630
fluids:
8 oz milk
20 ounce water after lunch
20 ounce water
exercise:
25 minutes of pilates
will try to walk 15 to 20 minutes
First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band

Hi Dawn, I had those chocolate chip cookies too (homemade but not by me). Cookies are one of my addictions. Today's Intake: Lean muscle meal, 2 (20 oz) bottles of flavored water, 1 (20 oz) bottle of water, Lunch - 4 chocolate chip cookies (tried some bbq it got stuck and so unfortunately I ate the cookies that I wanted), Dinner - baked sweet potato. I may eat some cottage cheese later to get my protein up. That's all.

OMG Jeanie...too funny! My kids just finished quizzing me on "Do we have any chocolate?" Absolutely not in my house! I f we did I would have already gotten to it and that would not be a pretty picture!
Ok...food accountability time!
B: Protein bar......late for work and no time to eat!
L: Arbys small beef and cheddar with 1 tsp of horsey sauce and 1 tsp arbq sauce
D: 2 lemon pepper roasted chicked legs and 2 c. yellow squash sautee' with garlic and 1 tsp marg. ( My first squash of the season out of my garden!!)
S: That freaking bowl of popcorn I did not get last night!
Fluids: 44 ozs water, 12 ozs coffee, 16 ozs sf peach tea, small jamoca shake = 72 ozs
Calories: 1920 (Arbys sand and shake=910!!!!-no more of that)
Protein: 126

Oh..I cleaned the pool and then worked out for 45 minutes! Forgot to post the good stuff!
Just an FYI- My boss/friend caught me looking up my food on the daily plate and had me look up what she ate! Hers was worse than mine! So after investigating some of the food we have a tendency to pick up for lunch...we found that Quiznos was the better of the few evils we have to choose from! After I saw the Arby #'s I went to the grocery after work and got me stuff to take to work and a case of water and flavor packets! I was keeping protein bars and sf gum there, but now I see that eating out packs in unneeded and empty calories!
Another lesson learned!

My fella is in a mood tonight too!! Wonder what it is? Full moon?? Male PMS?? Oh well, he can just sit there and be a grump! I've got OH stuff to do!
FOOD:
pre-breakfast: My usual skinny latte
breakfast: 3/4 cup Archer Farms (Target brand) Cinnamon start cereal with protein (this stuff has 15 grams of protein per serving and it's actually good!! w/ a splash of milk to make it wet
lunch: raw veggies and dip (carrots, broccoli and snap peas)
dinner: baked chicken, mashed taters and steamed veggies (didn't eat much at all, I mainly picked at it)
snacks: 1 piece of Dove dark chocloate singles, 1 bite of Gracie's PB&J, and I'm thinking I'll have a twisted protein bar before bed
Kind of a light day for me......I'm sure I'll wake up ready to knawl my knuckles off in the morning!
I didn't track fluids AT ALL today and am likely a little low on that as well.
