Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Tuesday, July 8th
Ok, Storms are rolling in. so no chit chat..lol
Food:
s- prochino
b-none
l- 1 chicken tender from rally's
A few fries, dippped in cheese...
d- 3 chicken tenders and some of a baked pot
s- nacho supreme double meat
liquids:
64 ounces of s/ free kool aid
8 ounces milk

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
No storms here yet but I am seeing some heat lightening.
FOOD & FLUIDS
9am - StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (8oz coffee, 8oz milk, S/F syrup and 3 splenda)
11am- 12oz Crystal light
12:30 - 1/2 cup egg beater omelet w/ a slice of co-jack cheese, a sppon of sour cream and a spoon of salsa
1:00 - 17oz crystal light
3:30 - twisted protein bar
6:00 - 24 oz crystal light
7:30 - 1/3 of a SMALL pack of peanuts (lol....I stole it out of Gracie's stash after the meeting)
8:30 - Q'doba and it's not pretty.......1/2 serving naked chicken burrito and then a buttload of nachos and cheese......i'm now miserable
10:30 - 8oz COLD WATER and then nighty-night!!
EXERCISE
NADA, unless I can count wrestling with Gracie!!

WOW I wasnt home a hour from the meeting and the wind, lightening and rain hit.
OK mine wasnt much better
B- crystal light lemonade, and yogurt parfay from McD's
L- nothing
d- bad bad I ate a southern style chicken sandwich without the bun, and a sweet tea that I picked up on the way home, because dh and dd ate all the stuffed peppers before I got home grrrrrrrrrrrrr
snack- 1/2 cup of cantelope
didnt get all my water today
Tuesday... B. Veggie Sausage Pattie & 1 egg 1LF cheese scrambled (yum), L. Chai Tea latte and a Twisted bar, D. left over salmon & veggies from O'Charley's, Snacks- 2 Dove miniatures (trying to only have one a day) and a Popsicle SF creamsicle. Water intake needs to improve. On a high note- 45 minutes exercise in the pool.
Sorry to post a day behind but I went to bed before you guys posted but here goes. Tuesday's Intake: 2 cups of organic tea, 2 (20 oz) bottles of water, 1 cup of coffee, 2 (20 oz) bottles of flavored water and a pure protein bar. Lunch - Chicken salad with corn and flaxseed chips, pkg of chocolate covered soynuts. Dinner - one organic apple with 2 tbs peanut butter. That's all.

Fluids: 48 ozs water, 18 ozs sweet tea, 24 ozs DF Peach Tea
90 ozs fluids / 1700 calories / 79 g protein

you didnt do as bad as you thing LeeAnn. I hate days when Im gone all day and have to eat out alot.. I can carry lots of fluids but there isnt a lot of portable food I can carry with me....
I think I did ok though.
I think calorie wise you did great !!
