are bugs protein

Tonite i swallowed a bug and all i could think is wonder if that was protein. We took my oldest son to pick up his car a "71 "chevy chevelle and omg it is awesome . i cant wait to drive it. But anyways driving with the window down i opened my mouth and ohhh it was horrible, bug i have no clue whay kind. My boys are still laughing..

yes I herd they were lol,hey we use to have a 67 chevy chevelle yellow & it was so sweet I miss that car when you are a teen wow the cars were do the good ones go lol have fun in the car

awesome car!!! and ewwwwwww...that cracked meup...I heard the sacada's are full of protein and it's safe for the animals to eat them as long as they don't over due it.  My friends dog had so many he started throwing up...ewwwww well count it as a protein anyway.  ;-)   lol you and hubby are coming this Thurs right????

Right now it looks like we will make it. Things change here daily with the kids.. Im really looking forward to it though...
