Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Monday, July 7th

Did everyone survive the Holiday weekend?? I know I'm glad to be back in my routine!!  We had swim practice this morning, now I'm home starting a load of laundry and getting this thread up and running.  After that,  we are off to the YMCA before I piddle around here too long and find an excuse not to go!  When we get back i'm going to try and get Gracie to take a nap (wish me luck) while I finish cleaning the house.  We have a swim meet tonight @ 5pm so I need to get things done quickly! I hope everyone's day is going well!! FOOD pre-breakfast:  Starbeck's skinny cini dulce latte (8 oz coffee, 8 oz mik, S/F syrup and 3 splenda) breakfast:  Twisted protein bar lunch:  3/4 cup Cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup crushed pineapple  snack:  17 slices turkey pepperoni (yes, I counted!!) snack:  about 5 bites leftover mesquite chicken salad from Chili's (I shared w/ richard) snack.....lol..... (there's a pattern here)... 4 pretzel chips w/ cheese spread  dinner:  1 cup chili and 5 crackers FLUIDS 8oz milk (1%) 17oz water 32oz crystal light ?? ??  EXERCISE Made it to the gym and did my usual 40 minutes strength training and 35 minutes on the treadmill (I was aiming for 50 but I had to go to the little girls room so I quit early and then when I came back my machine was in use!

  I'm baaaack!  Becka, glad to see you keeping this going!  Today, was our return trip from Miami, via a stop last night at my sister's home in north Atlanta.  Of course we weren't home 5 minutes and I had to get on scale.  More on that tomorrow... today B. 1/2 cup cottage chesse w. cinnamon and little bit of splenda, tall non-fat Chai tea latte, L. Wendy's small chili with cheese about 1/2- 3/4 serving, Snack Kashi bar 1/2 for me, 1/2 for hubby.  D. Talking about salmon & mixed veggies at O'Charley's- we shall see.  Anyway, as Dorothy said, "There's no place like home".  After being gone for 11 days or so, it's good to be back in KY!

Hi Everyone, having a good day hope you are too.    Today's Intake:  2 cups of organic tea, lean muscle meal w/banana, total of 3 (20 oz) bottles of water, 4 oz bbq pork, cup of grn beans and potatoes, 1 pickled okra, 2 slices of pickled beets, one apple with peanut butter.  That's all folks.  Z

Hi guys! breakfast - 1 slice 100% whole wheat toast with 1 egg  snack - 2 hot dogs with 1 - 100% whole wheat bun lunch - big mac with top bun only and a few french fries dinner - banana scream protein shake eta: 8 crackers with about 1 oz of cheeseball on each cracker and added a whole banana to my protein shake yum!

 Well after reading your entry's. im thinking i ate like a hog today.. worked 14 hours and thought I planned for all situations till they brought in pizza!!!    s- PROCHINO b- 1/2 a piece of sausage with cheese on it s- some cashews l- 1 and 1/2 slice thin crust pizza. topping off the rest of the second piece s- cashews d- lil less than a cup of hamburger helper.. s- some cashews last dinner- 3 chicken nuggets w/ bbq sauce liquids-  32 oz sw tea from mcd's            to make up for that... Trust me I needed it               20 ounces water with s/f kool aid               20 ounces water with s/f kool aid               24 ounces water with s/f kool aid                 8 ounces milk exercise -         20 minutes brisk walking

Nah..... you're doing fine! I had to go back and update mine too!! Richard and I ended up splitting the leftover salad on the way out the door and then scrounged for leftovers when we got back in from swim. I ended up with a 4th meal too!!

don't feel that way, I have to go back and add to mine, it wasn't complete.  Yesterday was a big food day for me.  I was upset and tried to eat my way through it but my little tummy wouldn't let me,  Thank God for my little sleeve!  It was funny last night but while it was happening it was so not funny!

OK.......Me next! Breakfast: 12 oz coffee w/ cream and sugar Lunch: 1/2 chicken salad croissant and mixed baby green salad w/ basalmic vinegar dressing               (Max and Ermas lunch combo) Dinner: Snickers Marathon Protein bar Snack: One big ass bowl of popcorn! I need the fiber!!!!!! Fluids: 12 ozs coffee, 24 ozs water, 32 ozs tea .......................Working on 24 ozs of lemonade now!!!  All sf except my coffee.....

 I hear ya on the fiber LeeAnn.. Thats what benefiber powder in your morning coffee will help.. Also u see how much im eating cashews!! lol.. oh Kroger brand activia yogurt isnt bad and its a bigger serving and more protein than regular activia, too dawn
