Need some input--protein shakes?
went to see my primary.. she suggested i start checking out protein drinks.. /meals etc., i guess i should have been checking already..
but guess what, just not taken the time..
went online.. just got more confused.. so i need input... any suggestions... flavors, ? brands? taste? and price and source..? (or make my own? with what?) 
Unjury - online, Whey Protein, chocolate, vanilla - Walmart, GNC Store - all types and kinds depending on the amount of money you want to spend. I'm not picky so I have tried all of the ones listed above. Walmart is the cheapest but remember cheaper is not always better. I am using the Lean Muscle Meal for GNC right now it comes in strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. Happy hunting. Z

i'm verrrry picky - I mean I think these things mostly taste like monkey butt would if I had actually every really tasted monkey butt, which I haven't but anyway
go online to Vitalady.com she sells samples of all the best protein powders and I have tried them all
My favorites are champion banana scream and syntrax nectar cappucinno. I mix the banana scream with milk and the cappucino with milk and add it to my coffee. They are both palatable but I prefer to get my protein from food if I can.
