Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Sunday, July 6th

LOL.....yesterday was a bust!!  I didn't really OVEREAT but I certainly didn'****ch what I was putting in my mouth!  I do remember eating a single rib and a half piece of cheeseburger (no bun) a deviled egg for dinner but then I had a WHOLE piece of chocolate eclair cake for dessert! It's a good thing I've been good today though! FOOD   breakfast:  1/2 cup egg beaters omelet with a slice of co-jack and mozarella cheese.   Topped off with a spoon of light sour cream and salsa. lunch:  ??   not hungry yet.....maybe a protein bar or i'll go by Starbuck's for a skinny latte dinner:  Chili's salad (i'm in love with their southwest cobb salad lately but I opt for grilled chic instead of fried) FLUIDS 32 oz ruby red grapefruit crystal light 16oz skim mik (if i go to Starbuck's) ?? ??  EXERCISE We are going swimming at the local pool in a bit.  I think I'll do a few laps and start back at the Y tomorrow.

    Let's not talk about food choices the last few days.. I need  a dang intervention.. Hello, my name is Dawn, and Im addicted to junk food all the sudden.... Good night..   I really over did it on the exercising and can barely walk.. fun! fun!!    s- prochino b- 1.5 eggs   10am     some home fries     1/2 a piece of sausage and a bite of todds toast l- a handful of cashews   and four peanut butter crackers   1:00 pm s- handful cashews     ice cream sandwich, lowfat, sugar free.. blah!!! d- grilled chicken breast     squash and zucchini steamed     with some red potatoes?? liquids: 8 oz milk 12 oz water with sugar free kool aid 12 oz water with sugar free kool aid  20 ounce bottle after 230pm exercise:  none. im barely able to function.. I really over did it on my legs...

Hi ladies.  I'm sewing today.  I don't have any smaller sized clothes in my closet so I decided to try my hand at alterations.  In the past I was not only a foodaholic but a clothesaholic.  So, the items that I just can't part with I am going to alter.  I can't imagine replacing all my winter skirts.  My sister-in-law has already notified me that she wants to buy my leather coats.  I think it will be a while before I am ready to part with them.  But oh well.  Hope everyone is having a great evening.  Today's Intake:  B - 2 cups of hot organic tea, Unjury strawberry sorbet.  L - 3 pcs fried catfish and a baked potato w/pat of butter.  Snack - 2 oz dry roasted peanuts and 1 oz of spicy pork rind strips.  D - plan to eat some cottage cheese and salsa, I didn't eat it last night but not hungry right now.  That's all!!!!!Z

Ok...as usual....busy busy.  I ran out of my bp meds for three days so I did not even bother to weigh myself! I finally got there to pick them up and have been up all night running to the bathroom! We went to Pekin for the annual 4th celebration! I sat with Braedyn most of the evening until my but got numb and then we would walk around dodging raindrops! Aubrey and her friend went too so I told them to go and be a kid for the night and Braedyn would be my date! We all met at the van and then sat and watched the fireworks. Braedyn loved them and the sound did not bother him at all. He was awesome. I stayed far away from the food vendors but I swear that cotton candy was calling for me!!!   Saturday I cleaned and cleaned the inside of the house. Sunday I pressure washed the outside and did windows. Finally got in the pool about 4 and stayed until 8. Needless to say...no going to the Y but lots of movement at home! Here is Sundays intake............... Breakfast: Yogurt 4 ozs Lunch: Marathon Protein Bar-yep...I ate the whole damn thing and it was good:) Dinner: 6 oz grilled burger with sliced mushrooms and 1 slice swiss cheese and 1 tsp A1 on it! Beverages: 48 ozs Peach Ice Tea (sf)                        36 ozs of water                        12 ozs coffee w/ creamer and sugar

 

No wonder I felt like a water balloon!
