Ok...as usual....busy busy. I ran out of my bp meds for three days so I did not even bother to weigh myself! I finally got there to pick them up and have been up all night running to the bathroom! We went to Pekin for the annual 4th celebration! I sat with Braedyn most of the evening until my but got numb and then we would walk around dodging raindrops! Aubrey and her friend went too so I told them to go and be a kid for the night and Braedyn would be my date! We all met at the van and then sat and watched the fireworks. Braedyn loved them and the sound did not bother him at all. He was awesome. I stayed far away from the food vendors but I swear that cotton candy was calling for me!!! Saturday I cleaned and cleaned the inside of the house. Sunday I pressure washed the outside and did windows. Finally got in the pool about 4 and stayed until 8. Needless to say...no going to the Y but lots of movement at home! Here is Sundays intake............... Breakfast: Yogurt 4 ozs Lunch: Marathon Protein Bar-yep...I ate the whole damn thing and it was good:) Dinner: 6 oz grilled burger with sliced mushrooms and 1 slice swiss cheese and 1 tsp A1 on it! Beverages: 48 ozs Peach Ice Tea (sf) 36 ozs of water 12 ozs coffee w/ creamer and sugar
No wonder I felt like a water balloon!
