Has anyone had a surgeon here in Ky do a VSG? I am looking into a revision from VBG and think I have decided that the VSG would be the right surgery for me. If anyone has had it and is self pay, can you tell me what it cost you? Thanks for any information! Kim C.

I have a friend who just had a vsg. we live in northern kentucky. I don't know the name of her surgeon but she had it done at good sam hospital in cincinnati. may be able to search their website? hope this helps some.

There is a doctor at Norton Bariatric that does the VSG, my surgeon told me about him when I had my DS.

I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you. Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information. Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

Hi,

I was actually wondering the same thing. I know the doc's at Georgetown do the VSG but I would really prefer to have it done here in Louisville if possible. I too will be self pay. Did you ever find out who the Norton doc is?
